Hi! My name is Frank Henry Bowen IV and I have recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in Journalism and a minor in Sociology.
Currently, I am the photography intern at The Cincinnati Enquirer. My previous experience includes being a photographer/videographer for a short-term project in Tanzania for the University of Cincinnati's Marketing & Communications team, multiple visuals related roles at The News Record, an independent student-ran news media organization at the University of Cincinnati, and a photography intern at The Cincinnati Herald, a black-owned newspaper in Cincinnati. I was also a 2023 participant of Western Kentucky University's Mountain Workshops. Aside from work I also like to read, travel, hike, take pictures, practice meditation, and hangout with my friends.
I am always seeking professional-level photojournalism experience, whether that be interning or freelancing, that will help me develop my technical abilities in visual-storytelling . I am always willing to learn new things that will assist me in creating impactful stories and building a strong career in the evolving field of photojournalism. As a photojournalist I believe it is my duty to  deliver accurate news and stories to the general public in the most visual, ethical, and honest way possible.
